Job Summary:
The Veterinary Pathobiologist is responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of animal diseases, with a particular focus on their causes, progression, and impact on animal health. Responsibilities:

- Utilize advanced laboratory techniques, including molecular biology, histopathology, and immunohistochemistry, to analyze samples and generate accurate data.

- Develop and validate diagnostic tests and techniques to identify and monitor animal diseases.

- Stay updated with advancements in veterinary pathology and related fields, attending conferences and continuing education programs as required.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to veterinary teams on disease prevention, control, and treatment strategies.
- Participate in the training and supervision of laboratory staff and research associates.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Veterinary Pathology (ACVP or equivalent) is required.
- Proven experience in veterinary pathology, preferably in a research or diagnostic laboratory setting.
- Proficient in performing necropsies, histopathological examinations, and interpreting laboratory results.
- Strong knowledge of animal diseases, pathology, and related research methodologies.
- Familiarity with molecular biology techniques, immunohistochemistry, and other laboratory procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and analyze complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and concisely.
